Fluorescein (FITC) Concentration :
1.4 mg/ml Suggested Dilution Range :
1:50 -1:200 for most applications Description :
Fluorophore: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC) Fluorophore/Protein : 7.1 μg/mg; 2.7 moles FITC per mole IgG Buffer :
0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M NaCl, pH 7.6,containing 1% BSA,50% glycerol Preservative :
0.05% Sodium Azide Purification&Purity :
The antibody was isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Storage&Stability :
Store at 4°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Prepare working dileuion fresh each day. Expiration Date :
Six months from date of reconstitution. Background :
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on goat IgG and with the light chains common to most goat immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This product exhibits minimal inherent cross-reactivity to mouse serum proteins. This antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with mouse, human, and rabbit serum proteins, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
